Paypal account --approval pending

Hi,

I have applied for my Paypal acct. to be approved by you approx. Thursday just around or after 2 am your time. It said it will take 2 days for it to get approved.

It hasn't been approved yet, and I do need the funds.

Can you please help me with this?
