Cant withdraw money

I have money in my PPH wallet. But i cant withdraw because of identification setting.
I have submitted all the documents. But still i cant withdraw money. It doesnt even show in Available money in my account. This process has taken so long and I've submitter other paypal account and my company account but everytime they were rejected. Please advice how can I add my company account. If possible please assign your customer executive so I can show him/her all my documents and get verified. This is creating serious issue to me. Also recently I got a message from PPH that you must have to withdraw money in 15 days. But when I tried to withdraw it asked me to upload docs and it still hasnt been approved.

Please help me.

  Hi My name is Anup Kumar Ray. In my paypal account name Anup Kumar  Ray. But why not match name and verified. In First- Anup... Second- Kumar.... Third- Ray. How I write my Name ... Please help me
