My Payoneer account status is showing pending but I had withdrawn money on that payoneer account before

Hello Sir/Mam,

Greetings. Hope you are well.

I am writing to you because I need Urgent help for a very serious problem. I have been working on people per hour for couple of years as a graphic designer and I finished couple of projects successfully and earned money for people per hour and me. I added a Payoneer account for withdrawing my funds and I had withdrawn 2 times in that Payoneer account in year 2016.

I wanted to make the next withdrawal after I have a balance of more than $200. But before that I got a message form people per hour team on February 15 that I have to withdraw the money within February 28^th or the money will be sent back to my clients or I have to pay admin fee to keep my money longer in people per hour. This is not fair because I had to pay for each withdrawal to people per hour and to Payoneer, so withdraw money with less amount is a loss.

But I still tried to withdraw the money to Payoneer but I saw my Payoneer account status is pending. But I had withdrawn money to this Payoneer account twice and there is no reason that the status should be pending. And it is not fair that you make me to withdraw my money in a hurry and also make the Payoneer account status pending. And I have to go outside of town in a remote place for couple of days for a very important work later in the month. And on that place internet service in not good. So I have to withdraw the money in next 4 days before I go out.

But 24 hours have passed and I didn’t get any answers.

So can anyone please fix the Payoneer account status problem within 2 days so that I can withdraw my hard earned money or delay the ultimatum of returning my money to my buyers or charge admin fee for 1 month.
