    i can can still see yesterday's messages. I am shocked that the still don't feel the need to mention it, where is the public apology?

    Yes, I think I was getting confused between this thread and the other one..

    Natlie sent me another reply yesterday and said that "going forward" they would use the email and blog system to explain issues. 

    I think that means they are going to ignore this one.

    She also said they can't refund fees... I'm shocked by that.

    I should have another invoice go through before lunch today. I'll be watching carefully to ensure it reaches my bank account...

    Yeah I got same answer regarding fees, I have tweeted you a screen shot to see if it is the same stock reply

    Yup - I got paid yesterday and am trying again today...sort of 'Do I feel lucky?' :-)

    I've also suggested that they might like to tell us what's happening and not treat us like mushrooms in future...

    (Mushroom Management - kept in the dark and fed a load of...fertilizer.)

    I receive Email from Natlie last night she gives 10 feature credits. 

    i just send few min ago one new withdraw the request, i don't know its before 12pm or iam late today to send the request.

    Hi guys

     

    I got 10 free credit and Natalie offered sincere apology which was good to receive.

     

    I requested a withdrawal last night to my PayPal and received it at 2pm today, but Natalie did ensure I would get it so I am unsure if there is still an issue. 

    With regards to featuring hourlies, have any of you done it and would you recommend it?

    good to know, I only requested withdrawal this morning so hopefully be in tomorrow and that things get back to normal next week.

    I have featured my hourlies before and you notice a massive increase in profile views not a massive jump in sales but an improvement

    I sent a message to natialie and she said she can't guarantee today but should be within 24 hours and hopefully back to normal soon.

    So no point in rushing work to be done for tomorrow morning... it won't go in till Monday regardless.

    Not received yet but not holding my breath.  Not been offered any compensation either, but not that bothered about that.

    Adam - re. Hourlies - have attempted it a couple of times but there seemed to be a Hell of a lot of hoop jumping - I think I had my wording thrown back 2 or 3 times and eventually got it done.  Only ever sold one or 2 - but to be honest didn't push hard.

    Might have another shot!

    Re Hourlies - I have sold around 400 of one of mine - but I got in right at the start of them when they weren't that fussy about the wording etc.

    They used to have an email they would send round to buyers once a week or so that highlighted Hourlies of the week. I was featured a few times and would sell loads then. No charge at that time - just a service that you might expect...

    I have requested for such PayPal withdrawal since 16-FEB-2018 but its not processed yet and after waiting till 20-FEB-2018 even PPH had re-credited the amount in my PPH wallet and that too without informing me.

    I had to submit my withdrawal request again on 21-FEB-2018 and since then I am waiting to get payment in my PayPal. I am waiting since last 11 DAYS but its not processed and no firm response.

    Hello Chetan - have you submitted a ticket? Hopefully your payment will go through today. Is it still pending on your transactions page?

     

    PPh have been awful about htis. So many of us are waiting for payments that seem to be all over the place.

    I got 2 payments last week and yesterday's and todays, (so far) are yet to materialise.I wish they would just tell us how long things are taking right now.

    Yes, Its still pending on my Transaction page.
    Submitted the ticket but not getting any firm response and after submitting many tickets they said it will be processed and sorry for delay. They did not provide me any time list. Can you please help me out as I am waiting since last 11 Days?
