PPH requesting to withdraw all my fund even with ongoing project
Hi, I'm a buyer for several Projects on PPH. On 15th Feb 2018, I received an email to withdraw all my funds within 15 days. However I still have an ongoing project with 1 of my Vendor who is very slow in progress and has yet to complete the Project. If I withdraw at this stage, I would need to re-deposit money back when the Vendor has completed the job which would incur additional costs.
I've officially lodged this report but no response was taken and PPH also changed status to "solved". Appreciate your response. Thanks.
