Withdrawals are not processed
After 5 days, my withdrawal is still pending. Customer service is of no help, as they simply gave me the standard sorry-for-the-inconvenience answer, and told me they have rectified the 'glitch' and it will be processed yesterday. Of course that never happened, so - what should you do to get paid??
And most importantly, what guarantee do we have that this won't happen regularly?
