PayPal Account not approved

Hi, 

 

I have had an email indicating I need to withdraw my funds as they will not longer be held by PPH. I have tried to withdraw but it is showing my PayPal account is not approved (despite me using this to withdraw funds previously) How can i rectify this?

I have tried adding a bank account today but it states that this can't be used until 24th Feb. I am concerned that due to these technical errors I won't be able to withdrawn my funds.

  I am having the same problem here! My withdrawal methods (Payoneer) is still pending even though I bought fast service to expedite.
