Returned returned to account.
My new bank account was verified recently.
I have tried to send my funds to my new account, twice. And twice you have returned it, taking off a fee for yourselves I have noticed.
I want my money, immediately. All information is correct and up to date - this lies with you. And I've noticed many other users on this forum are struggling to withdraw their own money.
I don't want any excuses.
You have told me this is my Bank's fault - a nationally-renown high powered bank are at fault? Versus the website who doesn't even have a contact number to speak to their customers? Hmm.
Rest assured that as soon as I receive my money - which you have absolutely no right to, as you have already taken the whopping 20% commission - I will be leaving this website and telling freelance workers in my circle to not come near this website.
