    I have been working with PPH for 3 years and this is the first time a delay occurred. That's why I was curious about this.

    I'm really glad to work with PPH in the future and I recommend PPH to any freelancer to build up their career.

    The same problem here - requested a withdrawal. Nearly a week now and still says pending.

    No emails or anything. It usually clears within a day or so.

    There has been a weekend, but there have still been 4 whole days to process

    can someone please look into this for me

    I have two pending withdrawals, one from the 21st of May and another from the 25th of May. There's no real information about what to do if the pending stage exceeds the expected timeframe, but I'd really appreciate my money. 

    As someone else has said, there are bills to pay and, while a small delay is understandable, it's adding up to a healthy amount of money that I've earned but can't access.

    I'd appreciate it if this case (and others) can be looked into and resolved.

    Hello, no one responded to me about my last query. It finally cleared after about 10 days. I am now awaiting another payment which is on its 8th day. What is going on? It used to clear and be in my account within 2 or 3 days. I noticed that the payment was from World pay instead of who you usually used. Is it now going to take up to 2 weeks on all transactions unless we use Paypal and pay the fee? Ever since I have joined PPH I have always felt you do very little to support or respond to your freelancers, I would like to think your platform was improving but it seems to be getting worse in many aspects. I will be surprised if anyone responds to this message. It will probably be the same case as the last time
