Money not received by local bank

Hello

I made a first time withdrawal request to transfer funds to my axis bank account in India.  

This was on the 10/02/2018 and 4 days later on the 14/02/2018 my account still had not received the funds. I inquired about this situation to my bank and came to know that my bank does not allow payments from WORLDPAY AP LTD.

Please enlighten me on the situation.  This is an urgent matter.  This is in relation to the withdrawl made on 10/02/2018
