Withdrawal
Hi
I requested 532USD to be withdrawn last week (7 working days ago) and I still have not received it, and it's still showing in my PPH wallet although I received the email stating the withdrawal request.
Please can you tell me why it's not been transferred to my bank account yet ?

There is a delay due to problems last week causing a backlog, please be patient and you will receive your money in good time once you have requested the withdrawal again.

Would like to inform, that all my requests did come through. There was some waiting time, longer than usual. But it did come through.
So I think PPH is on right track, it's just a hick-up in the process causing the delay.
I too did have a very difficult time, but at the end, they did come through. Must give credit where it's due.

Hello, I have $18 available in my account and I want to withdrawal it to my bank account, however it was credited from PPH so I cannot do that. I have a reason though as I had already bought a service on their website and I have remainders. I want those remainders to be available for withdrawal before the money expires. Thank you and please get back to me as soon as you can.
