urgent AND pre-paid job is STILL under moderation??? HELP!!!

I have posted this job 2hrs ago...pre-paid AND paid to have this "urgent"...and because I edited it is now under moderation again???

Please help!! I need this job done quickly!! And if you can't help, then refund my "urgent" payment, please!
