Still not sending my payment!
I have provided you with all relevant documents - why are you asking for a picture of myself in order to validate my account?
You'd had a my bank card, bank statement and driving license, ALL of which are acceptable forms of ID, according to your system.
I do not want to use a PayPal account - I want to use my bank account. You put a charge on top of your other charge jut to send the money to Paypal.
I will be removing my PayPal account.
Please assign someone to this who is actually capable.
