Unable to close account and obtain refund
Hi, I would like to close my account and obtain the remaining fund. However, I've forgotten the answer for the security question in which now I'm unable to access my payment option at all. I've raised the support ticket but to no available and it is more than 2 weeks already. Please not make it so hard to retrieve back our own money in there as you will be charging the remaining balance for the admin fees. Hope this can be settle else I will only keep on getting charge but unable to retrieve fund back nor close the acc. Be fair to your user.
