didn't not receive my money - withdrawal approved 21 days ago to bank account

my withdraw to my bank account was approved on 13 February but didn't appear in my bank account till now.
is this something normal ? is there's a way that PPH can track it ?
what's the maximum time should I wait ? its more than 21 days now.

  I just checked my PPH account and money is returned to my wallet
