Withdraw Issues
I requested a withdraw to my bank account on 1st March and it still hasn't reached my account. Can someone tell me what's happening with this?

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
I would like to inform you that we have been receiving a large number of requests, which caused a backlog on our system regarding payments. Thus, this has caused some delays to the process of our users' withdrawal requests. There is nothing to worry about though, the funds will be transferred under your Payment Method as requested. You shall not get charged Admin Fees.
I would kindly like to advise you to be a little more patient as our Team is doing everything in their power in order to review and process all of the requests as soon as possible.

I have requested the information from the payments team, however what people (not aimed specifically at you) must remember is that at the start of this month we had the legislation kick in that told us we couldn't hold money in accounts for longer than 30 days, and at the same time we had the normal 'pay-day' rush for payments. We also sent out an email previously stating the changes to all users, which crashed our payments. This has led to a huge increase in payments processing and payments backlog. Our team is working extremely hard to rectify the issue, but also keep everything else ticking over as normal (payment method verification from new accounts etc).
I will endeavour to update people as soon as I have an updated time frame as I know it is frustrating for people.
