Featured proposal refund

Hi

I put forward a proposal for this job 23 days ago, and paid £4.95 for it to be featured:

#1895565 An A4 tourist information map for an island off....

I haven't heard anything from the Buyer, nor has my proposal been marked as 'seen'. The Buyer has not been on PPH since 12 February, which leads me to believe that the job is going to be left to expire, for whatever reason.

Am I in a position to request a refund now, or do I have to wait for the job to actually expire?

  Thanks. It would be good to get a refund, as I'd hate to lose my payment for no apparent reason. Look forward to hearing from you.
