    Hi Michael,

    I can see you have a ticket open, and you have tried contacting support numerous times to get a response, there are a number of tickets open for the same issue and we are facing a backlog of tickets regarding this. If the same ticket gets a response either from you or a member of our team, the ticketing system automatically puts you to the back of the queue as if you are stating that your problem has changed slightly. If you 'stay in the queue' with the original question it will be answered much quicker.

    Please be patient, I do understand your frustration.

    Same happen to me. They still not doing the transfer. Although they already approved the documentations they requested

    My documents were approved but the money wasn't transfer I just checked and was another withdrawal activated but is pending. I am wondering if this is not a way to keep my money for longer. 

    I will really appreciate if the money goes to my bank account as soon as possible. Thanks
