So where is my money?

Why have you not acknowledged my Documents..

  I have looked your account again and I saw that your withdrawal request was processed from our Payments team yesterday, on 8/3/2018. The funds have been transferred to your bank  account.
  
  Also, I saw that your documents were approved the same day you uploaded them and now your account is verified.
