Where is my money?? Why is PPH not paying Sellers?
What is going on??
Absolute silence from PPH on what obviously seems to be a problem. Instead we just get rosy fluff from their twitter and blog.
It is hugely worrying that PPH are NOT PAYING Sellers their money and NOT answering support tickets.
There appears to be NO WAY to get in touch with PPH. Ive looked at the PPH twitter account and I feel the responses sent out by PPH to peoples concerns appear to be coming from a chat BOT.
I made a request on the 28th Feb to my bank account and have had NO FUNDS and heard NOTHING via my support tickets.
Come on PPH sort this out, get in touch and pay us our money!!!

Hi Michael,
I answered your other query a moment ago regarding this issue. As stated there if you open multiple tickets and queries to our support system then the support tickets constantly get sent to the back of the queue.
If you read my other answer to people like Mya on the Q&A section, then you will see exactly why we have had these issues. Basically a number of things happened at the end of February including a higher than normal pay-day withdrawal surge and the higher number of withdrawals due to the Banking legislation in the UK. Plus we had all the usual sign up payment verification and existing user's verification to authorise due to the legislation. We also sent out an email that crashed our payments system the week before your withdrawal, which put our payment's team on the back foot.
I know all of this is annoying to you, especially when you work hard for your money, and for that we are very sorry. I hope you can be a little more patient as money is coming through to people now as our payment team catches up.
Please let me know if I can help with anything else.

Hi Kelly,
Thank you for responding, although I do have a few points.
1. I created a ticket on Tuesday I only got a reply today Friday, thats a long time to me... especially when there is no information to say why the wait is so long...
2. If there is an ongoing issue, there are several options available to keep people informed.
A: Pin it somewhere - maybe on the top of these boards perhaps? Rather than me having to look through every message on the board in the vain hope that there is a response from PPH detailing whats going on.
B: Send an email out to Sellers and inform them of whats going on, in order to reassure them.
C: Tweet a message on Twitter.
D: Put some information on the transaction page - in red, and maybe the bit that says it will take 1 day ... remove it for now.
3. Are payments likely to be back on track next week, the week after...
Thanks
