What a Scam! Request a PPH withdrawal and nothing ever happens

I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY FUNDS!?!?!?

I submitted the first withdrawal request of £257.84 on 15 February - to which nothing happened. I then submitted a second request on the 25 February, again - I have received nothing to date, and the ticket has been noted as 'SOLVED'???? Where is my money? How many times do I have to request my own money to have it sent back to me?

If my funds are not sent back to me by the end of this week (w/c 12 March) then our legal team will be instructed to start proceedings against PeoplePerHour.

PeoplePerHour users - BEWARE. Trying to get money back out of PeoplePerHour is practically impossible. Requests get ignored, support tickets get 'solved' without being rectified. Useless customer service. It does not take 4 weeks to refund money.

  I have the same problem as you, I did a withdrawal the 24th of February and nothing until now.... And the support team just say to be more patient.... Do we have to wait 1 month or more to have our money back?
