Remove the restriction on minimum proposal amounts.

There have been a few proposals I have attempted to submit, and they have failed because I have entered a low value. The error specifies how much I should submit my proposal for in order to "keep it fair".

On one hand I can see why you would have this feature, the seller has decided how much they want to pay for a job, and have paid you in advance. This would not be an issue if it were not for the fact that the submitted job can be accomplished in minutes. Therefore, a realistic and fair price would be at the discretion of the buyer. I am as uncomfortable over charging on a job as I frustrated that some jobs have to go by the wayside as I can clearly not achieve the minimum wage completing them.

There really is NO justifiable reason to have this feature, as it leads to potential exploitation of the seller.

Thoughts?
