Seller not responding

Hello, Seller is not getting back to me. I had a very small job and it's been two weeks! She supposedly did something but sent me a format to review that I could not open and has not gotten back to me since.  I want to give the job to someone else. What do I do about the $35.00 deposit I gave you?
