Hi there,
Hope all are doing good. Currently my project entitled "I need a word press website" been committed with Mr.Source from Denmark. So far it was going good. But last Thursday he was saying he wouldn't be able to complete this project on time and with agreed cost . This making me really frustrated. Many freelancers from PPH are doing the same way. First they are agreeing and then after some time due to their work inefficiency, they are completely breaking their commitments as agreed. As usual you guys are also deducting my money from my account. 2, 3 times its happened continuously.. Really its embarrassing me. For this project, i have deposited USD 50 on PPH using my credit card. Now i want this amount USD 50(Refund) back to my account. Bcoz i dont want to waste my valuable time and money to him. Please refund my deposited money USD 50 and update me ASAP.

Hello
I am experiencing the same issue as Shanice; the buyer accepted my proposal and paid a deposit into the escrow account but I've been unable to start the job as the buyer has not supplied me with the content/materials to do so. Up until two weeks ago, there was some contact, with the buyer stating that they would send across material required in order for me to be able to start on the job (up until that point the buyer had said that his/her company was busy with something (internally) and that s/he would send over the material to me so I could make a start). Since 23 March I have not heard anything, nor received anything from the buyer, despite messaging them on 26 March asking if they'd tried to send through the material. Please advise? The deposit is still sitting in escrow.
