Hello Support Team,

It seems as though something is wrong, because usually I receive my withdrawals within a day. However, I did a request for a pay-pal withdrawal on March 12, and it's still pending.

Please let me know if I need to do anything from my end.

  Hi Dehan, 

  There is a backlog of payments being processed at the moment ans therefore there is a greater than expected wait time for payments to be processed through all withdrawal methods. 

  Please be patient and the money will be released.

  Yes Nat, I received my payment. Don't worry, you will receive yours because they are working on clearing the back log that was due to technical difficulties.

  I sure do hope so.  

  I am waiting for over 1600 GBP, I hope I will see that money soon.
