I have been overcharged
Hi,
I've been charged £83 on a £75 job - which is more than 5%
And I have just been charged £138 for no job. Please refund me immediately.
Not impressed by customer service! Been trying also to get into payments section but password not working, nor is your password reset system. Youre about to lose a customer...
