trying to edit my profile--changes not updating

I've tried to edit my profile (x4) but the changes are not updating.

Once you update your profile, it will be checked by our moderators and then they will approve / reject your details accordingly.

  I had tried to edit my profile earlier that was rejected. I had received mail
  Dear Misbah,
  Congrats! After carefully reviewing your profile, our Team has accepted the changes you made to your profile.
  But the profile is showing this page what can I do now?
