Late Payments
Hi,
I have been waiting for 21 days now for my bank transfer to be processed. I have read on this forum that others who created a request on the same day as me have been paid - why not me?
I have an open ticket, but it hasn't been very helpful so far.

Very sorry to hear about your problem. I want to warn you about some issues of PPH. Please read this message carefully.
My withdrawal is also pending for 25 days. And I requested it to payoneer card.
And PPH will try some other tricks to delay your money like they did with me.
After 23 days of withdrawal pending, they suddenly tell me that my documents are not verified. And they created similar situations earlier by making my verified payoneer account status pending.
But all my documents and payoneer accounts are verified and I had withdrawn couple of times from PPH earlier. So, they are just making these things up to delay the withdrawal.
So be aware about this tricks. Make your document ready and check your payment method status regularly. So, that if they will use these tricks, you can solve them fast.
This is probably the last message I can write to you. PPH will surely block me from your post after they see my message.
And also you can check these thread about the problem of PPH payment system.
They already blocked couple of member to reply in that thread including me for to telling the harsh truth.

Yes I have been monitoring this forum and I saw that Les' thread got censored! Glad to see it is back now. When people have legitimate grievances it doesn't help your case by ignoring them.
And yes - I too have been told I now have to verify my documents despite making withdrawals in the past. And then they asked me if I wanted to pay £10 for fast processing....
Hopefully we both get our payments sorted promptly after this! If not I will be in contact privately and we can get some of us together to discuss further action.

Let's see how many more tricks they pull out from their sleeves.
Did you get a message in February that you have to withdraw your money soon or they will be lost?

Yes, it is a bit strange but I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and allow the 7 days processing and then 3 more for the transfer to go through.
After that, I will be getting serious! If you find anyone else willing to come together as well feel free to bring them in too.

What is the status of your payment, David?
Did you get the money into your account?
They are not approving even my Payoneer account.
Pending status since many months.
And now when I try to withdraw. they ask for all ID proofs. Not at all required!
Very weird!
Also, they "Approved" my bank withdrawal method (have to pay $29 fees for this!).
Despite it being approved status, when I tried to withdraw funds last week, it is now showing as that the funds were "REJECTED" by my account!
Something very strange is going on here at PPH.
