Inadequate delivery
Hi There,
I contracted someone to deliver my hourly. A proposal was received and accepted.
The work has only been partially completed at best.
I've given the provider the options of finishing delivery or concluding as is in which case I am not happy to pay full value. I've received no response, the message has been viewed.
Can you advise what my options are please

Hi Lisa,
If you wish you can either ask your seller to have another look (I doubt you want to pursue that option), or you can request a refund using the 'more' tab above the writing box in the workstream. This will then open a dispute with our support team who will look at the case. Please remember you must have given the seller 2 opportunities to get the work right.
