Sending large video files to Buyer

Hello PPH,

When posting or sending files to clients, I have noticed there is a file size limit of 20 MB. So far this has not been a problem for me, but considering possible future work with video editing, I am wondering if there is a way to send files much larger than 20 MB through the PPH website.

Looking forward to your response and hearing the best way to get around this limiter.

  Send large files in Zip folders.

  I'm unable to send rar files as they also exceed to 20MB. Now what can I do?

  Hi Noor,

  I'll keep this suggestion for reviewing it further.

  For now, you can use 3rd party services for transferring large files (such as Wetransfer or Firefox Send).

  I am trying to send an Illustrator file, which is also more than 20MB, I tried zip but it's too heavy as well. 

   

  You mentionned we transfer, which mean I can ask my freelancer her email adress? 

  What can I do?

  I have this question too - and it is not the first time that PPH is letting down the buyer (and seller) by restricting file size. Does PPH create an exclusive and secure email address for both perhaps?
