I keep getting payment error when i try to accept a proposal i have contacted customer service team twice but no one is responding. This is terrible.

  I am facing trouble to pay writer fees. I can not pay the writer bill. Which
  Proposal ID#14178842 & writer name Manish K.
  My Project ID#21878771.
  My article title: Article writing about product description & buying guide (One article 8000 words)

  Hello,

  When I tried to make the payment, an error message on top keeps showing- " there is while trying to process the payment'.

  Proposal Id Proposal #14688379

  Do check and revert as I need to make the payment to the seller fast.

  I'm trying to pay as well and keep getting a message that says "Please note there was an issue while trying to process your transaction. You are kindly requested to contact us directly by clicking here in order to further assist you. Thank you." Proposal #14950344. I try to contact someone but I get an online library and no real help. What do I do?
