    I haven't got any kind of email or response from the customer support. Even its a week they haven't replied to the follow-up ticket. Can you please help in this regard or will keep sending the general response like on other tickets.

    I am really disappointed by the PPH response. No one is even listening to the issue. All they are doing is sending a general or automated response.

    You are right, Arbab. They send us automated responses.

    My withdrawal is in pending status since 25th March, and the only thing they were able to tell me is that it usually takes two days to complete the transfer, but they would have checked it.

    They are still checking.

    Hi Francesco,

     

    Don't worry it will take time. I got my turn after a month.

    They have approved my fund requests yesterday but still waiting for the funds to be transferred to my bank account.
