client dispute

Hello 

One of my client hire me for wordpress job his job post was -

I am looking for a programmer who can: 
1- Make my website editable with word press (I already have an account that I use for another website and I know how to use it).
2- Replace the audio player with a better one (allowing up to 5/6 ".wav" tracks to be displayed) 
3- Make the website responsive (it should look good on everything including tablets and smartphones). 
4- Adding a little sign below the biography so that people understand they need to scroll down to see the remaining text.
5- Adding one button below the audio tracks. This button will take people to a website where I have more work to show.

I started work on his HTML website to make responsive but he told me to change design of website i changed number of time but he is not satisfied so i told him to provide me PSD design of all page how you want so he told me i am not going to provide you design bcz you are not able to do that please refund money which is in escrow .

I spent more then 2 month for his project please help me what i need to do .
