    Dear Ahmed,

    I have submitted a withdrawal on Sunday the 25th March, and I have not received any money yet! So, you are luckier than me.

    The customer team has open a ticket (as Kelly just said to you), but the assistant has been able to tell me the same things that are written in the instructions. So, nothing helpful. And I am always in the same "pending" status.

    I have been trying to contact the assistant since last Friday, but I have not received any reply yet (so, Kelly and the other team members, please do more action and fewer words, for Ahmed, for the other sellers and me here on PPH that are waiting for their earned money).

    Hello Francesco, 

    Thank you for your comment, I hope someone solve your problem soon.  I've received the payment earlier today and the delay was because the UK holidays. It was a matter of patience for me.  

    I suggest to contact customer support ( click on need more help ? ) and list your problem.
