Paypal Withdrawl pending from Feb 23

Hello Team,

I have already opened ticket several times and only response I get wait and have patience but its running out now. I have paypal withdrawl request of 828.00 USD on Feb 23. It's almost 6 weeks and I am still waiting for payment. Only thing support staff do is repeated message about patience.  

I have to pay my bills already delayed by few weeks. I have noticed that UK freelancer's are being paid within couple of days of opening support through forum/twitter while rest are waiting for now months.

I am not sure if this post will be approved or kept pending. Let's see.
