payment problem

I had finish my project with my client,

and she was paid me $250 after that when i try to withdraw my money, it fail

because PPH ask me to add my identification document,

i had add it and it approved by PPH

im still confuse why my money all gone from my PPH user account i had try 3 times to withdraw to my paypal and it back to my PPH user account if it fail,
but when i try to my Payooner account it not back, no information about my monet

i had transfer it to my payooner and the balance still $00

what happend with it? where is my money go?
