FRAUDLENT DESIGNER (dinos h)

 I recently employed Dinos H. to design a website for ours.  I have already paid him £200 -  on the 30^th of march

He has taken the money but not designed a thing that is usable. it is a shame that peopleperhour can give certification to someone that obviously know nothing about a website.

We do not want the code, files, or any of his work – we would like our £200 to be returned  and we will restart from scratches somewhere else
