my payment is still pending after a week, what is up with that?

 I withdrew funds last weekend and they still have not arrived in my Paypal account. Consequently, I also withdrew funds on Wednesday and those funds have arrived in my paypal account.

What is going on with my withdraw from last week?

 

I have submitted 3 support tickets and gotten no reply

I have sent messages directly to support staff I have worked with on previous matters, no reply.

I want to know why it has taken over a week and still no funds and no reply?

Can someone please look into this matter for me?
