Why is there no withdrawal option for Payoneer account?

My Payoneer account has already been approved but it did not appear on the withdrawal option. I already sent an email about this to customer support. They've given me some recommendations but it did not resolve the issue. Emailed them again, but it's been days and I receive no reply. Just wondering if you are legit and there is really payment protection using your platform. This was supposed to be my first payout but I already encountered a problem using your site. I'm continuously working with my client and my funds are stuck on your platform. How good is that? A bit disappointed actually. :)

  Hi,

  I already have a ticket for this. The problem is you're not replying. You have a very poor customer support. It's already been days and my funds are still stuck on your platform. You already have a high service fee of 20% compared to other freelance platform aside from the withdrawal fee, I think it would be best if you take this kind of matter urgent and seriously. I am really disappointed.
