I tried to purchase 50 credits . But for some reason , the payment for only 5 credits went through . Can you please revert this and debit a total payment for 50 credits only ?

  I bought credit on 12/09/2021 and my account has been debited with $8.95, but it has not been reflected.

  I wanted to send a project proposal, and it is indicating "no enough credit buy credit"
