We can't issue a proposal in our preferred currency.

Every time my lawyer wants to issue a proposal, he only seems to be able to do so in Euros.  We both want the proposal in GBP.  I changed my chosen currency on my account to GBP and even waited a few days. He can't seem to offer a proposal in GBP.  Please help.
