Paypal pending?

I just recently signed up to PPH and added my PayPal account, however, it's saying it's pending and that my name is different in both when my name is exactly the same on PPH and PayPal. I'm about to sign off on my first job from a client and I'm worried I won't be able to withdraw the funds because of this status.

 

Can somebody please help with this?
