I started a job that should take 5-10 hours and I paid already for 23 hours and now she wants money for another 5 hours. She obviously doesn't know the program and I asked her about it doing the job.

I do not want to pay the balance because she didn't do the job my site is still not finished and she just wasted my time for a few weeks, The job should have been finished in 3 days.

Please return my escrow funds as I have wasted time enough, and I needed this finish yesterday now, I am late and need this to finish.
