Withdrawal problem

Hi, I requested money withdrawal from PPH wallet to my payoneer account a week ago and still nothing. My account is active, my payoneer account is active, everything is okay and documents are also submitted but still waiting for the transfer. Can you please help out because is urgent ? Thanks!

  I have withdraw my money on 26th March 2018 to my payoneer account. Still my withdraw is pending.
