When can bank account be verified and my last name changed to the one that I have in my bank account?

 Hi. I have added a bank account information 2 days ago to withdraw funds and also added document that states the account owner. When can the document be verified? Also, when I was creating the account, my last name was set to my mothers last name, but in my legal document at this moment in time my last name is different. Can my last name be changed to the one in the document?

  Good day. I just payed for the review of my documents. I would want you to change my last name to the one that is in my Passport that I have provided. I also provided the bank account statement.
