Problem with ID documents - already given!
I'm being asked for documents I submitted last year.
I'm trying to withdraw some funds in Euros. I've already withdrawn GBP and USD many times, but this is the first time with EUR. I think that is causing my problem. Your site is asking me to verify my ID/account (not sure which) with documents. You will see from my account I submitted these last year (2017) and I have successfully withdrawn funds on many occasions since then. Please rectify the problem and notify me so I can withdraw my funds.
