WIthdrawal - PPH To PAYPAL --MORE THAN 24HRS ALREADY--

Hello I have submitted withdrawal of my PPH Money to Paypal yesterday at 11:04AM.

However until now I have not received the money on my PAYPAL. It has been more than 24HOURS already! The guidelines says if withdrawal was submitted before 12NOON, it will be process the same day? 

Please check on this..
