I have money in my Escrow account which I would like refunded back into my bank account. The work that the hourlie provided was inadequate so we both decided on a fee that was more suitable, which just happened to be less than the deposit I had already paid, so I am due the money back. How do I get it?

  I already done my work and raise a invoice $12 and it show in my escrow balance also $12. i submit my work  and raise invoice before 10 days but the buyer still not clear my escrow money and not give me my feedback. what should i do now?
