Reimbursement of Bids when project gets Expired/Not awarded to anyone
Hi Team
Whenever we submit a proposal, one bid/more than one bids are lost, which is fair enough. But 60% of the times the client does not respond/hire a freelancer and does not cancel the job. The job gets expired but the submitted bid count is not reimbursed. I know they do get reimbursed in case the project get canceled but a project getting expired is equivalent to getting cancelled. I think it is fair to ask for the reimbursement of the bid. it is a feature that would be loved by all the freelancers and would be different from Upwork, Guru etc. This would also portray PPH a platform which is really into user experience and not just after money.
