Feedback after refunds and not being able to decline an hourlie
I am normally really happy with PPH as a seller- but I am starting to struggle with the following:
Before the system was implemented where buyers can leave feedback after a refund, I could turn down hourlie jobs that were out of my scope of expertise or if I simply didn't think I would work well with the client. Now a client can leave feedback after receiving a refund I am very wary about doing this as they can leave a review in the heat of the moment of being annoyed that I can't do the job. It isn't a true reflection of the feedback I would receive normally as a top cert seller.
Also, I really don't like the fact that in order for me to view feedback a client has left for me I have to also leave feedback for them- I get why you do it- but I preferred the old way. A client could leave me terrible, unfounded feedback and I have no protection or way of responding.

I agree. I just noticed this feature for the first time today. The buyer refuses to answer my questions in order for me to start the hourlie. It's literally been over a month since they purchased and I still don't have the info. I proceed to cancel and then see the option for feedback. This is not okay because I'm pretty sure the buyer is upset that I feel we are not a good fit for each other which is not a reflection of my work.
